At KODA we know many of our customers have questions or concerns about our cleaning services. We will do our best to answer them! We want to do all we can to ensure our customers have all the information available to help them make informed decisions about their homes.

  • ARE YOU BONDED AND INSURED?

    Yes! All of our employees are trained, bonded, and insured. These documents are available upon request.

  • DO I HAVE TO BE HOME?

    No. Many of our customers provide us with a key, code or other method of access. Our employees will show up, clean or do the scheduled work, lock up, and leave.

  • DO YOU BRING YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES FOR CLEANING?

    Yes, we do. We only use the best disinfectant, degreaser, wood cleaner and glass cleaner.

  • DO YOUR VACUUMS HAVE A HEPA FILTER?

    Yes! We always use a hypoallergenic HEPA vacuum filter when cleaning.

  • DO YOU OFFER GREEN CLEANING SUPPLIES?

    We use environmentally safe products throughout the home.

  • HOW WILL WE KNOW IT IS YOU?

    Our employees always wear a KODA logoed shirt and drive a KODA Cleaning vehicle

  • HOW DO YOU ENSURE THE QUALITY OF YOUR CLEANING?

    Our employees are trained by shadowing a qualified employee for a week, then they always clean in teams of two or more to lessen the chance of something being overlooked

  • WHAT IF I WANT SOMETHING ELSE DONE?

    We often get miscellaneous cleaning and maintenance requests. If it is something we are qualified to help you with, we are happy to help.
